Refund Policy

  1. Overview.

    We want you to be satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for payments made to AdvalisGrowth.

  2. Consulting Services.

    Fees for consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before any work begins, you may receive a full refund minus any administrative fees.

  3. Project-Based Engagements.

    For fixed-price projects, refunds are handled according to the terms in your service agreement. Typically, no refunds are provided after the project has started, but we may consider partial refunds if we are unable to deliver as promised.

  4. Subscription Services.

    If you have a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time. Refunds are not issued for partial months, but you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

  5. Marketing Audits.

    Audit fees are non-refundable once the audit has been delivered. If we fail to deliver the final report within the agreed timeframe, you may request a partial refund.

  6. Strategy Development.

    Strategy development involves significant upfront work. Therefore, these fees are non-refundable after the initial discovery phase has been completed.

  7. Online Consulting Sessions.

    Payments for individual consulting sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting the session.

  8. Competitor Analysis Reports.

    Once a competitor analysis report has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to review a sample report before purchasing.

  9. Positioning & Branding Projects.

    These projects are custom and involve substantial creative work. As such, they are non-refundable once the creative brief has been approved.

  10. Growth Opportunity Reports.

    Fees for growth reports are non-refundable after delivery. If you are unsatisfied, we offer one round of revisions at no additional cost.

  11. Package Deals.

    If you purchased a package of multiple services, refunds are calculated based on the individual service prices. Discounts may be pro-rated.

  12. Custom Software or Deliverables.

    Any custom software, code, or digital assets created for you are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.

  13. Force Majeure.

    We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule, but no refunds will be issued.

  14. How to Request a Refund.

    To request a refund, please send a written request to the email address below, including your name, order details, and reason for the request.

  15. Processing Time.

    Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  16. Late or Missing Refunds.

    If you haven't received a refund after 15 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us.

  17. Non-Transferable.

    Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original purchaser.

  18. Right to Modify.

    We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
